Make sure you're logged in and on a page at us-webapp.spotme.com. The extension only works on that domain. Open any Expedition EY page, then click the extension button again.
Occasionally the platform API returns an error for a specific activity. This can happen if the activity has special requirements or has already been completed. The extension skips it and continues with the rest.
Yes. The extension checks the completion status of every activity first and only processes the ones that are still incomplete. Already-completed items are skipped automatically.
No. The extension runs entirely in your browser using your existing session. No data is sent to any third-party server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
No. Live event attendance is awarded by EY administrators after you actually attend the live session. This cannot be automated, and the extension skips those activities intentionally.
Yes. The platform may take a few seconds to process all the completions, though it can occasionally take up to 24 hours. Refresh the Expedition EY page and your updated point total will appear.
In rare cases, the Expedition EY platform can take up to 24 hours to fully process and sync all completed activities to your point total. If it's been more than 24 hours, visit our Support page to contact us.
